Refund policy

30-day returns. You may return an unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

How to start a return. Email camilo@alpakitas.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.

Where to send it. Returns go to: ANDES GIFTS LLC, 20 E Halsey Road, Parsippany, NJ 07054, USA.

Return shipping. The customer pays for the return shipping label. Please use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number until your refund is issued.

Refunds. When we receive and inspect your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges. We offer one size or color exchange per order, subject to availability. An exchange is processed as a return plus a new order for the item you want. If the new item is not available, we refund the returned item.

Damaged or incorrect items. If your item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-returnable. Items that show signs of use, washing, odors, pet hair or damage not caused by us.

Cancellation before shipping. You can cancel for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped from our fulfillment center. Email camilo@alpakitas.com as soon as possible with your order number. Orders are sent for fulfillment quickly, so we cannot promise a cancellation will be possible once you have placed the order. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled; you may refuse delivery or return it under this policy.

Cancellations by us. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is out of stock, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if our fraud checks flag the order as high risk. You will be notified by email.
